How it works

A clear process, from terms to signature.

SurCompliance assesses and verifies the required documentation for certification of the terms, which must be signed before a notary public.

  1. Step 1: Download the terms

Choose the terms of the company you will work with: Tenaris, Ternium, FINMA, Santa María or Consorcio Catalinas.

  2. Step 2: Prepare your documentation

Gather the documents needed to establish legal representation and complete your supplier file.

  3. Step 3: We verify and coordinate

SurCompliance assesses and verifies your documentation, and coordinates and schedules your appointment at a network notary office.

  4. Step 4: Sign before a notary

Sign the terms before a notary public and leave the documentation. We follow the process through to final certification.
