Our Environmental Policy

Sur Compliance’s Environmental Policy is defined by the highest management level and seeks to continually improve the Environmental Management System.

It expresses our commitment to continual improvement and lasting environmental stewardship, pollution prevention and control, and compliance with relevant environmental legislation and other commitments.

  • Maintain a positive, proactive approach to sustainability.
  • Promote personnel awareness and improve relationships with interested parties.
  • Allocate the resources required for environmental management optimally.

Our OHS Policy (Occupational Health and Safety)

At Sur Compliance S.A., we understand that Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is an essential value and an indispensable condition for the responsible and sustainable development of our activities.

This Policy is appropriate to the Organization’s purpose, size and context and provides the framework for setting and reviewing Management System objectives. Senior Management integrates prevention into processes, allocates the necessary resources and promotes a safe-work culture.

  • Provide safe and healthy working conditions to prevent injury and ill health.
  • Identify hazards, eliminate them wherever possible and reduce OHS risks using the hierarchy of controls.
  • Meet legal requirements, client commitments and all other applicable requirements.
  • Ensure consultation and promote worker participation.
  • Develop competence, awareness and preventive responsibility through training, communication and supervision.
  • Continually improve the Management System and OHS performance by investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions.

Context and climate change.We assess whether its effects are relevant to OHS and take the appropriate actions.

The Policy is communicated, understood and applied, remains available to interested parties and is reviewed periodically.
